RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Transition Manager in Beaverton, OR.
Overview:
The ideal candidate will be able to apply their change management experience to help solve complex challenges by aiding in identifying and streamlining processes, integrating tools and managing the impact of change to the organization. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams that include transition management leadership, portfolio, program, and project managers inside and outside of Global Security. We also envision this person helping to develop change measurement strategies and metrics to evaluate change impact, readiness, and adoption.
Duties May Include:
* Contributes by applying TM methodologies and tools to generate impact assessments, key partner engagement plans, organizational readiness assessments, and communication plans
* Identify change collisions, evaluate directional alignment, call out and remove potential risks and raise/secure necessary leadership decisions
* Ensure leader engagement to provide support and tools to effectively drive the change
* Drive TM principles and methodology across select medium to large regional or global initiatives
* Activate training and communication plan and materials for initiatives to generate momentum
* Drive awareness and engagement with key partners and stakeholders while minimizing disruptions
* Drive communities of practice through content development and program maintenance
* Coordinate with project managers, geo leaders, and the company Acceleration Office
* Occasionally serve as an internal consultant to various internal program and initiatives impacting the company's end users
Who you will work with:
The Senior Transition Manager will collaborate with security, loss prevention, procurement, legal, and finance stakeholders and sponsors across all of the company to define, build and implement comprehensive transition management strategies for various security programs and initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, HR, Marketing, Communications or a related field; 2 years of additional relevant and professional experience in lieu of a degree
* 5 years of industry experience in project/program management
* Advanced skills using MS Office and intermediate skills using other software applications to complete and own tasks, schedules, and projects
* Familiarity with the Agile/Scaled Agile development and Change Management methodology; PROSCI or IDEO certification a plus
* Effective experience implementing Change and Transition Management theory and strategies for large scale global initiatives
* Strong influencing skills and competency to interact with team, senior management and many cross-functional teams
* Tolerance for ambiguity, strong prioritization skills and the ability to work well across a matrixed environment at all levels of business
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
