RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced UX Quality Program Designer in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Greenwood Village, CO. The UX Quality Program Designer will review production features for functionality, adherence to design standards, and clarity of use and then, if needed, provide recommendations for improvement.
Summary:
As part of our Self-Service UX Quality team, the individual we are looking for will specialize in Production Design Review and UX Evaluation. The individual will collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders, design teams, technical teams, and data teams with the overall goal to improve the experiences within our digital platforms for existing customers. More simply, a UX Quality designer day-to-day will include feature/site review, data analysis, and building and identifying use-cases to then collaborate with feature team designers to execute against.
Responsibilities:
* Maintaining a repository of site experience/feature reports that we have completed and work closely with feature teams to provide realistic UX improvements/changes
* Providing reports and summaries on features in a clear and easy to digest manner while clearly explaining the reason for our recommendation of change
* Documenting our thought processes and practices to build a consistent base of knowledge
* Partnering closely with feature teams across the organization to provide realistic UX improvements/changes
* Consistently staying updated with design standards, components, and updates across feature teams to maintain
* Partnering with designers across the department where modifications, over-rides, and new components are added
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience with using data and experiments to drive design/UX recommendations
* Experience with creating, optimizing, and documenting processes and best practices
* Experience working directly with design systems in a hands-on capacity
* Experience collaborating with design teams to improve current experiences
* Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative, multi-discipline environments
* Experience working across multiple design teams to promote consistency and quality
* Data analysis experience
* Understand design Thinking and Human Centered Design concepts
* Understand the impact of design consistency across digital platforms
* Understand common metrics that are used to track and score user journeys
* Understand Agile methodology and how to effectively engage feature teams
* Understand how to effectively communicate design or experience recommendations to leadership and feature owners
* Highly organized and great at documentation
* Open to collaboration with an array of roles and disciplines
* Knowing how to successfully give and take feedback
* Thinks holistically and systematically
* Solves for the macro by effectively tackling the micro
* Being positive but pragmatic
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
