UX/UI Designer II

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a UX/UI Designer II in Mountain View, CA.

Duties:
* UX/UI Designer II will design html prototypes, visual interfaces and interaction of web-based applications
* Designs and evaluates visual human interfaces utilizing user-centered design principles
* Implements the user interface design
* As a UX/UI Designer II, you will work with the product development team to design online user experiences
* Ensures user experience is formulated to achieve the goals of the online entity

REQUIREMENTS:
* Four-year degree in Human Computer Interaction, graphic design, or another relevant field; Graduate degree is a plus
* 2-4 years of experience in interaction design, product design, service design, or related field
* Experience designing for and working with design systems and reusable component libraries
* Expertise in conveying ideas and concepts through storyboarding, wireframing, and prototyping
* Strong knowledge of design principles and methods
* Customer-centric design mindset
* Effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator
* Mastery of design tools such as Figma and Adobe
* Understanding the relationship of visual, interaction, and content disciplines
* Currency of design trends in mobile, web, and motion design
* A well-presented online portfolio demonstrating your strong craft and collaborative process

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
