RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a WalkMe Developer in Draper, UT.
Summary:
The Digital solution builder will work with company's teammates to design and build digital solutions on our client facing portals. In this role, you will analyze interaction data, map processes and design solutions that will drive engagement, self-help and satisfaction, as part of our effort to Commit to Quality. Digital solutions are built using the WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform.
Responsibilities:
* Support requirements gathering and documentation to map business processes to be built out as WalkMe content
* Build and test WalkMe solutions
* Create documentation, tracking and baselines to measure solution performance
* Ensure that the WalkMe solution addresses the goals and needs
REQUIREMENTS:
* 1 years of experience building WalkMe solutions and/or WalkMe certifications
* Experience in analyzing and mapping business processes or functional requirements
* Experience with other Digital Adoption tools
* Understanding of instructional design
* Existing or transferable skills in WalkMe, Digital Adoption, application development, web development, or business process mapping
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent skills in MS Office applications including Visio, Word, and PowerPoint
* Basic jQuery skills
* Basic CSS and HTML skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
