RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Webflow Designer-Developer in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities:
* Design and develop high-quality, visually compelling websites in Webflow
* Translate wireframes, brand guidelines, and creative direction into polished, interactive web experiences
* Develop robust design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across projects
* Webflow Designer-Developer will ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance
* Work within established brand guidelines while bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table
* Collaborate with the team to refine UI/UX and enhance usability
* Implement animations, interactions, and front-end functionality as needed
* Create transition documentation and conduct training to support knowledge transfer at the end of the contract
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience working within brand systems and design frameworks
* Understanding of accessibility best practices
* Solid front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript)
* Expert-level Webflow experience (portfolio required)
* Strong UI/UX design skills and a sharp eye for detail
* Ability to work independently and efficiently within project timelines
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
