- Lead the financial planning and forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Collaborate with various financial departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis, driving strategic initiatives
- Support senior management in making financial decisions
- Develop and maintain financial models
- Prepare and present financial reports
- Monitor business performance
- Stay up to date with new business trends and implement best practices
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to understanding their financial needs and provide supportRequirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with MBA, MSF, or additional relevant accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) strongly preferred
- A combined experience of 7 years in FP&A or accounting (Big 4 preferred) or consulting firms with 5 years in commercial stage biotech, life science, or pharma
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP, Anaplan, Ariba, and Blackline
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
