Key Responsibilities
- Budgeting and forecasting to drive business growth
- Developing and implementing financial controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Leading a small team in performing accounting functions, including financial statement preparation and accounts payable/receivable
- Providing financial guidance and support to the leadership team
Requirements and Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
- 10 years of hands-on accounting experience with a mid-sized company (50-500 employees) preferably in wholesale or distribution
- Recent controllership or equivalent experience
- Experience working with ERP systems and upgrading them
- Proficiency in MS Access, Excel, and Sales Tax
- Solid computer skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a positive attitude
- Superior data analytics skills and ability to develop budgets, perform variance analysis, and report results to owners
What We Offer
A competitive compensation package of $140,000 - $165,000 per year, a pleasant work environment, and ample parking.
