Responsibilities

Our international publicly traded client in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Chief Operating Officer. This role offers a hybrid schedule, competitive salary bonus, and comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities include:

• Managing all operational aspects of two large divisions
• Develop corporate and operational strategies and manage the implementation of these efforts
• Develop annual operating plans and budgets
• Support strategic investment into new markets
• Motivate and lead high-performing teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or other related Discipline
• 15 years of experience
• Strong Leadership experience and comfortable managing large teams (60-80 people)
• Must be strong with complex IT systems and strong exposure to large ERP systems
• Must have a dynamic, energized personality
• Real Estate industry experience preferred
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
