Leadership Opportunity: We are seeking an exceptional Executive Management professional to join our non-profit organization as Chief Operating Officer. Your primary responsibilities will include managing teams, analyzing performance data, and identifying areas for improvement. You will also be responsible for reporting operational performance and strategic initiatives to our President and CEO, as well as providing insights and recommendations for enhancing operational effectiveness.
To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree, preferably a master's degree, and at least five years of experience in senior management, particularly in the developmental disabilities field or related area. A valid driver's license and willingness to use your car for work-related purposes are also required. This is a direct hire opportunity with a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $160,000 per year.
