Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- 10 years in IT Management or IT solutions architecture
- Strong Microsoft Office program experience, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Expertise in data integration patterns, cloud and hybrid cloud solutions, and network security
- Familiarity with IT architectural frameworks like TOGAF and Zachman
- Proficient in on-premises and cloud security, vendor management, and EA tool integration
- Proficient in bridging waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of retail experience
- Knowledge of retail supply chain and merchandising, with hands-on experience in enterprise-class supply chain management systems
