**Job Overview**
Kforce's client is a growing engineering technology company seeking a Senior or Principal Radar Algorithm Engineer in Orem, UT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving radar algorithms related to signal processing and target detection/tracking.
- Responsibilities:
- Design and validate effective and efficient signal processing algorithms for target detection and tracking.
- Implement those algorithms on embedded hardware with timing and resource utilization constraints (primarily using C ).
- Develop test cases using real-world data to validate the efficacy of the algorithms and iterate the design process based on deficiencies.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Strong experience with design and implementation of radar algorithms (e.g., phased array processing, beamforming, MIMO, MUSIC, STAP, CFAR, detection, target estimation, target detection and tracking, etc.).
