**Engineering Position**
As a Senior or Principal Radar Algorithm Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving a variety of radar algorithms with a focus on those related to radar signal processing and target detection/tracking.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop radar algorithms for target detection and tracking.
- Implement algorithms on embedded hardware with timing and resource utilization constraints.
- Develop test cases using real-world data to validate algorithm efficacy and iterate the design process.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Strong experience with design and implementation of radar algorithms (e.g., phased array processing, beamforming, MIMO, MUSIC, STAP, CFAR, detection, target estimation, target detection and tracking, etc.).
