Senior UX Designer

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior UX Designer in Dallas, TX. Mission: The Senior UX Designer will translate strategy and research insights into beautiful, functional, and high-fidelity user experiences that align with the brand and future state journey vision. Responsibilities:

• Support research efforts and synthesize findings into design insights
• As a Senior UX Designer, you will create wireframes, customer journey maps, and high-fidelity design mockups for company websites
• Ensure designs support personalization, mobile optimization, and content reuse
• Work with UX strategist to align creative with operational and technical realities
  
  

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in UX and UI design, with a portfolio of high-fidelity designs
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent tools
• Comfortable designing for scalable multi-site systems (e.g., one brand with 170 site variations)
• Experience in hospitality or membership-based digital experiences is a bonus
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
