Key Tasks : Responsibilities include preparation and / or review of individual, corporate, partnership, trust and estate returns and projections for accuracy as well as provide insight to tax saving measures.Manage, train and mentor staff.Consultation with clients on various business matters.The firm offers a very generous compensation plan, along with flexible work arrangements and rapid advancement potential (towards partnership).Requirements 3-10 years of recent public tax experience with HNW individuals and mid-sized businesses.Proficient with a multitude of accounting software, Word and Excel; CCH a plus.CPA, EA and Master's degree are pluses.We offer comprehensive benefits including medical / dental / vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees.
