Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Irving, TX that is seeking a Technical Product Manager with design and implementation experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Manage the product backlog and prioritize items according to their business value
• Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers
• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business
• Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements
• Interact with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure that business requirements are captured, documented, and maintained throughout all project lifecycle phases
• Collaborate with various teams to understand system interaction and validate developed changes to ensure that requirements are complete, consistent, and traceable and that they conform to the standards
• Write SQL queries to pull data from the Database, create source-to-target mapping documents by collecting information from the Source System, and work with the Data Architect/lead to finalize attribute names for the Target System and map the data as per project standards
• Work closely with QA to define and design the test scenarios, ensuring all the requirements are tested and the exception scenarios are covered if they exist; Test the new and existing API requests and responses to match them with the technical solution using the Postman tool
• Write technical documentation to help new team members understand how things are done, ensure consistency in the process, and make it easier for them to get up to speed
• Work with engineering and key teams to deliver scalable and extensible software solutions to support business needs
• Coordinate with business line product managers and other component teams to define your team's roadmap and delivery of product features

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
