- Manage the product backlog and prioritize items according to their business value
- Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers
- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business
- Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements
- Interact with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure that business requirements are captured, documented, and maintained throughout all project lifecycle phases
- Collaborate with various teams to understand system interaction and validate developed changes to ensure that requirements are complete, consistent, and traceable and that they conform to the standards
- Write SQL queries to pull data from the Database, create source-to-target mapping documents by collecting information from the Source System, and work with the Data Architect/lead to finalize attribute names for the Target System and map the data as per project standards
- Work closely with QA to define and design the test scenarios, ensuring all the requirements are tested and the exception scenarios are covered if they exist; Test the new and existing API requests and responses to match them with the technical solution using the Postman tool
- Write technical documentation to help new team members understand how things are done, ensure consistency in the process, and make it easier for them to get up to speed
- Work with engineering and key teams to deliver scalable and extensible software solutions to support business needs
- Coordinate with business line product managers and other component teams to define your team's roadmap and delivery of product features
