Summary :
We are seeking a Testing Architect to join our dynamic team in the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manual testing, a strong ability to influence design decisions, and excellent leadership and communication skills. This role requires a hands-on approach to identifying testing gaps, creating comprehensive test documentation, and collaborating across multiple teams to ensure quality assurance for complex applications.
Responsibilities :
- Test Architect will collaborate with application design teams early in the development process to influence feature design and testing strategies.
- Identify gaps and potential risks in requirements and implementation plans to enhance test scenarios.
- Create detailed test scenario documentation using tools such as Chalk.
- Serve as the primary resource for cross-team collaboration, providing guidance and solutions to testing-related queries.
- Lead grooming sessions and ensure proper handoff of test documentation to multiple teams, ensuring seamless execution.
- As a Test Architect, you will act as a trusted advisor for testing teams, addressing questions and helping validate testing approaches.
- Ensure thorough documentation and maintain strong communication channels between teams to uphold testing standards.
