UX Designer 2 - Remote

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client seeking a fully remote UX Designer 2 to join their team. Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance internal applications powering the front end of our website
• The UX Designer will work with stakeholders to configure filters and products according to their needs, and display tables
• Transition from the old system to the new, taking over from previous designers to further the design and add backend UI/UX to internal applications
• Independently collaborate with the product Ops team, understanding design thinking principles, Agile methodologies, and Jira
• Scope out work and break down tasks into manageable efforts
• Critically validate designs and solutions, ensuring they meet user needs and business goals
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and write usability scripts
• The UX Designer will help with UI/UX of search or recommendation experiences, refining filters, and fixing search results pages
• Work on the display of pods across the site, ensuring consistency and usability
  
  

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in UX design, particularly with app design
• Proficient in Figma and Miro
• Strong critical thinking skills with a focus on validation and iterative improvement
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and usability script writing
• Ability to understand and read code
• Knowledge of personalization techniques
• Experience working in an enterprise environment
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML is a bonus
• Previous experience in large companies is not required but understanding the people side and handling multiple stakeholders is beneficial
• Strong emphasis on company culture and teamwork
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
