Sales Target overview: The candidate would be primarily playing an NBD role, responsible for securing new clients for Tata Elxsi, expanding business development activities selling Tata Elxsi's entire portfolio of Engineering Design services.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Achievement of sales strategic objectives defined by Tata Elxsi
Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting
Responsible for business development strategies
Responsible for building and growing the company's engineering services portfolio
Identification and execution of successful partnerships and go-to-market strategies
Achievement of sales and strategic objectives for the business unit supported
QUALIFICATIONS
Engineering Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (Electronics, Computer Science. Other branches are also fine if the candidate can understand and gather the requirements)
sales experience in the automotive domain
- Automotive OEM/ Tier1 experience
- Good understanding of the Automotive design domain
Candidate should have experience selling Design technologies to Automotive OEMs
