HOURS : 8AM - 430PM (Mon - Fri)
SUMMARY :
Monitor, supports, and report on verification, investigation, and reconciliation of Distribution Center transaction reports to ensure all shipping, receiving, adjustments, and other item transactions update the Warehouse Management System with the host ERP system. Provides internal, distribution center, and customer inventory-related support via phone, e-mail, or workgroup-type scenarios. Acts as a liaison between Operations and various internal groups on all inventory transaction functions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Subject matter expert for inventory control and front office functions within the Distribution Centers, ERP, and WMS
- Develop, revise, and maintain Inventory Control work instructions. Communicates updates or changes to the DCs or applicable groups
- Monitors daily transaction errors and provides root cause
- Coordinates quarterly ERP / WMS sync and reconciliation efforts
- Verify receiving transactions and exception reports while maintaining accurate records in an exceptions database
- SME on DC-related CRM activities and communications
- Communicates with suppliers to resolve material discrepancies and invoice disputes
- Work daily exception reports in the system ERP updating transaction errors
- Performs other duties as requested by the Operations Manager
