Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of low Earth orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. The mission of Kuiper Government Solutions (KGS) is to leverage Kuiper satellite communications infrastructure to provide low-latency, high-speed, secure satellite broadband services to United States and allied government customers. The KGS Strategy team is seeking an experienced Information Architect to help implement and maintain the structure, organization, and user experience of its market intelligence information and content management systems. In this role, you will be responsible for helping design the overall information architecture and metadata schemas to facilitate efficient knowledge management and user-friendly content navigation. You will be responsible for interfacing with technical operations, program management, product, and business development teams to ensure cross-functional synchronization of information management tools. You will manage large collections of market intelligence and business development data and create user interfaces to translate those data into actionable, decision-quality information. By leveraging your expertise in data management, analysis, and user experience design, you will play a crucial role in creating a seamless and secure content ecosystem that empowers our KGS professionals to engage in timely, efficient, and customer-focused decision-making that will impact strategic decisions affecting multi-billion-dollar investments. You will exemplify obsession for our customers and work backwards to understand their needs. As Information Architect, you will provide guidance, plan implementation activities, measure success, and communicate results of multiple, simultaneous work streams. You will work on global, cross-functional market-intelligence content programs, driving conversations about project issues, solutions, and strategy to leadership and stakeholders. You will deliver results in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment. Key job responsibilities • Develop and maintain information-management systems presenting an integrated view of the current and future business environment • Turn market intelligence data into decision-quality information readily available to the KGS leadership team • Work together with marketing and technical operations teams to learn, analyze and develop visualizations of information about industry trends, expansion opportunities, and business development pursuits • Coordinate with business teams to integrate market intelligence sources with the KGS sales funnel, pipeline forecasts and capture processes • Partner with internal product line, business line & operations leadership to effectively communicate the KGS business strategy; work with colleagues to identify and implement the information sources each department needs to do to optimize the collective go-to-market approach This position is in Arlington, VA. Some travel, primarily domestic, will be required. Security Clearance: This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government security clearance of TS/SCI.

- Advanced degree preferred
- Participating in strategic planning processes across functional teams and developing information management tools and user interfaces to communicate resulting go-to-market strategies
- Experience supporting business segment strategic planning processes, including data management, analysis, forecasting, and managing internal company communication to ensure alignment with the opportunity pipeline
- Experience with Confluence and JIRA
- Experience using artificial intelligence tools to streamline content analysis and delivery.
- Experience working with market research teams/initiatives to support senior-leader decision making in the government satellite communications industry sector
