About the Role
Imagine overseeing the heart of our facility: the ammonia refrigeration system. You will be the cornerstone in maintaining and enhancing our Ammonia Refrigeration Management program, ensuring smooth operations across facility utilities—be it air, water, or electrical systems. Your expertise will stretch from HVAC installations to routine building maintenance, ensuring a safer workspace.
What You'll Do
- Ensure safety and functionality of ammonia systems, boilers, and HVAC units.
- Execute maintenance tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs.
- Maintain wastewater systems through regular checks and repairs.
- Coordinate vital Management of Change processes and ensure audit preparedness.
- Guarantee timely updates for facility managers and employees on key maintenance metrics.
Who You Are
- Holder of EPA Section 608 Universal Certification.
- Familiar with refrigeration systems, facility systems, and steam principles.
- High School graduate with advanced vocational training in HVAC.
- Skilled in electrical and mechanical repairs.
Physical & Working Conditions
You’ll dive into a dynamic working environment, alternating between hot zones and colder areas, handling equipment up to 50 lbs, and operating diverse machinery.
