Key Duties:

• Drive sanitation strategy execution, adapting schedules as necessary while allocating resources efficiently to maintain seamless operations.
• Take charge of routine and special cleanup initiatives, particularly over the weekends.
• Inspect, observe, and validate sanitation processes for effectiveness, always ensuring employee adherence to protocols.
• Mentor and train staff, overseeing their safety and enforcing compliance with sanitation standards.
• Address sanitation challenges by collaborating with supervisory counterparts to find practical solutions.
• Maintain strict adherence to all plant safety measures and GMPs.
• Engage in projects as directed by management to improve sanitation processes across the board.

Qualifications:

• Completion of high school or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years in a related role with leadership responsibilities, preferably in industrial cleaning or quality management.
• Proficiency in collaborative problem-solving within large operational settings.
