**Position Overview:**
We’re seeking a passionate and driven Graphic Artist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a foundation in graphic design and be proficient in Adobe products,
including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. You’ll have the opportunity to work on various branding projects, from logo design to product mock-ups, and will have exposure to screen printing, Direct-to-garment/film (DTG/DTF), embroidery, and branding strategies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Design Creation**: Develop eye-catching designs and visual assets for a variety of branding projects (logos, product designs, marketing materials, etc.).
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with clients and internal teams to refine concepts and bring creative ideas to life.
- **Communication**: Clearly communicate design ideas and concepts to both team members
and clients. Ability to take feedback and iterate on designs.
- **Fast-Paced Environment**: Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
- **Learning & Development**: Be open to learning about screen printing, DTG/DTF, embroidery, and
marketing strategies as part of your growth within the company.
- **Team Management** (Future): As you grow in the role, you will eventually oversee a small
team of creatives, providing guidance and support on projects.
**Ideal Candidate:**
- **Skills & Experience**:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong foundation in graphic design principles.
- Clear communication skills—able to present ideas and feedback effectively.
- Quick learner with a willingness to ask questions and seek guidance when needed.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in screen printing or marketing is a plus but not required.
- Open-minded, creative, and ready to think outside the box.
- **Education**: An entry-level graphic artist with some professional or academic experience, or a recent graduate eager to learn.
