As an Associate Product Manager, you will focus on one of our flagship products—Graphcast. Graphcast serves as a powerful data communication platform between Kharon and its clients, turning insights into actionable data. As someone just stepping into the product management arena, you'll be contributing to a product that is reshaping our industry.
In this role, you’ll cut your teeth in the domain of product management, collaborating with team members across the company to grasp the nuances of our clients and market. By tapping into the collective wisdom of our organization, you'll contribute to efforts that make our product more efficient, user-friendly, and valuable to our customers. Under the guidance of Product leadership, you'll learn the ropes of steering product development and managing a portfolio.

The base salary range at Kharon is set between $90,000-$110,000 USD / £55k GBP Please note that this figure does not necessarily include potential bonuses, commissions, benefits, or equity that may be part of the overall compensation package.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting existing products and driving the planning and development of new features
- Clearly and consistently communicating progress of projects and deliverables to key stakeholders
- Anticipating and driving conversations to remove roadblocks to development work
- Informing requirements and design decisions across products and data representation constraints
- Assisting in quality management and issue resolution to ensure a positive customer experience
- Leveraging software systems and query languages to build new data products
- Monitoring regulatory, legal, technological, and commercial developments relevant to Kharon’s business
- A technically oriented background including familiarity with data query and transformation languages (familiarity with SQL, Cypher, etc.)
- Keen interest and understanding in geopolitics, international relations and regulatory, legal, technological and commercial developments relevant to Kharon
- Demonstrated exposure to basic product management skills, including project planning, cross-functional coordination, and product development
- Strong track record of communications excellence
- Ability to work collaboratively across our various departments and manage project timelines
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate issues
