What are the responsibilities and job description for the FULL CYCLE RECRUITER position at Kharon?
TL;DR Kharon is seeking a full-time Full Cycle Recruiter, located in LA, Denver, DC, or New York City. This is not a remote role, and in office attendance is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assume and manage day-to-day recruiting initiatives, enhancing the experience of all candidates for the duration of their interaction with Kharon. This includes further curation and implementation of acquisition strategies, collaboration with internal stakeholders across the organization, and management of all recruiting operations.
- Support and expand Kharon’s global talent acquisition by proactively identifying and engaging with top talent through various channels, including premium job boards, referrals, direct outreach, and recruiting events.
- Manage a high volume of requisitions simultaneously, overseeing the full recruitment life cycle ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop ideal candidate profiles, and provide strategic guidance throughout the hiring process to ensure alignment with Kharon’s goals.
- Identify and engage passive talent through unconventional sourcing methods, including deep web research, competitive intelligence, networking within niche online communities, and leveraging referrals from existing candidates and team members.
- Ensure every candidate experiences a professional, high-touch, and engaging hiring process, positioning Kharon as an employer of choice.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and create a best-in-class candidate experience without sacrificing quality.
- Utilize recruitment data and analytics to track performance, assess hiring efficiency, and make informed decisions that drive continuous improvement in hiring outcomes.
- Stay informed on talent market trends, competitor hiring strategies, and emerging recruitment channels to continually refine and optimize sourcing approaches.
REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 or more years of experience with end-to-end global talent acquisition in a high-growth environment, managing multiple requisitions.
- Strong track record of engaging and closing passive candidates through creative outreach, personalized messaging, and relationship-building strategies.
- Experience leveraging ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics to improve hiring outcomes (experience with JazzHR is a plus!).
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Experience in FinTech, RegTech, or risk intelligence is a plus, but a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and understand complex industries is required.
- Experience in sourcing global technical talent is a plus.

Reporting directly to the SVP of People Talent, this role is about proactively identifying, engaging, and securing top talent through creative and unconventional means, while supporting our hiring managers in objectively assessing candidates, and ensuring every applicant experiences a professional, high-touch, and engaging hiring process. Success in this role means managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while delivering a seamless and engaging candidate experience that reflects our reputation as an employer of choice. You’ll be expected to bring a data-driven mindset to optimize hiring processes, track key recruiting metrics, and continually refine sourcing tactics based on market trends and competitive insights. The base salary range at Kharon is set between $95,000-$105,000 annual. Please note that this figure does not necessarily include potential bonuses, commissions, benefits, or equity that may be part of the overall compensation package.
