Responsibilities :
- Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts, assign roles and profiles, manage security settings, and troubleshoot access issues to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Build and maintain workflow rules, approval processes, and automation using Flows, Rollup Helper, and other tools to streamline business operations.
- Customize Salesforce with custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules to align with evolving business needs.
- Provide day-to-day user support by managing Salesforce cases, troubleshooting issues, and implementing proactive solutions to reduce recurring problems.
- Ensure data quality by performing audits, deduplication, data cleansing, and enforcing governance policies across all records.
- Review, validate, and process weekly / monthly reports from resellers, submitted orders, opportunities, and commission reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage data imports and exports, ensuring cleanliness and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasting, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor system performance, implement updates and patches, optimize storage, and document configurations and troubleshooting guides.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Salesforce CPQ to support approvals, quoting, pricing accuracy, and reporting, ensuring compliance with business strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to refine processes, gather requirements, and implement system improvements that align with company goals.
- Provide CPQ training and user support through hands-on sessions, self-service materials, and ongoing assistance to improve adoption and efficiency.

The base salary range at Kharon is set between $125,000-$140,000. Please note that this figure does not necessarily include potential bonuses, commissions, benefits, or equity that may be part of the overall compensation package.
