KHART LOGISTICS is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking for enthusiastic team players to deliver Amazon packages. Our Delivery Associates strive to get every order to the customer’s door on time. We offer full and part-time opportunities.

STATION LOCATED IN DOWNERS GROVE - MUST LIVE WITHIN 30 MILES.

Our Delivery Service Drivers use company-provided vans to load, transport and deliver packages to residents and businesses in the Chicago Western Suburbs. This position is for those who desire to provide high levels of customer service, have a great Team First attitude and possess a strong work ethic. You must be able to work on your own and thrive in a fast-paced environment, make quick decisions, place Safetyabove all else and enjoy being rewarded for your performance. Essential Job Functions:

• · Load van, drive routes, deliver packages to businesses and residences with or without reasonable accommodation.
• · Operate delivery van in a safe manner, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and refuel as needed.
• · Assist other delivery drivers as requested by leadership
• · Daily inspection of van and other items such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, and oil
• · Operate GPS & Smartphone applications. Must use hand-held device for routing information, tracking, customer delivery information, and communicate with home office/dispatch.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

• · Always represent the Company in a professional manner
• · Care for each company vehicle with respect and with the utmost safety.
• · Ability to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
• · Ability to easily get in and out of the van, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• · Follow all safety rules and company policies
• Is consistently at work for scheduled shift and is on time or early.
• · Ability to walk stairs, lift, push, pull (50 lbs.), bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, stretch and maintain balance

Required Skills and Experience:

• · Customer Service – is always professional with anyone at the customer location.
• · Previous driving and delivery experience preferred, but not required.
• · Proactive nature. Determine appropriate action beyond guidelines, as required. Report potentially unsafe conditions immediately.
• · Ability to accurately prepare and complete all required paperwork.
• · Work together with co-workers to achieve the overall customer service goals.
• · Safety conscious
• · Must possess excellent time management and communication skills.

Required Licenses:

• · Valid Driver’s License is Required.
• · No CDL required

Work Authorization Requirements:

• · United States Work Authorization is Required.
• · Must be 21 years old to apply.
• · Must have a clean driving record and pass a DMV records check.
• · Must pass a pre-employment background and drug test.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.25 - $20.75 per hour
