Shift Leader

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and support staff in providing excellent service. The Shift Leader will collaborate with the Office Manager (OM) to ensure efficiency, enforce policies, and assist in staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and mentor junior staff.
• Assist the OM in conducting clinic rounds.
• Enforce the company’s code of conduct.
• Process and manage time-off requests.
• Answer phone calls and assist patients/clients with inquiries.
• Support the OM with front desk operations and miscellaneous administrative tasks.
• Assist in counseling and issuing disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Help manage patient and employee conflicts in collaboration with the OM.
• Submit work orders and oversee maintenance needs.
• Check and maintain clinic equipment.
• Process and organize patient files.
• Process new hires, including paperwork and onboarding.
• Reschedule missed appointments at the end of each day.
• Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner.
• Request and follow up on hospital records.
• Assist with patient check-in and check-out.
• Submit payroll notes every other week.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an administrative, leadership, or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Experience in staff training, hiring processes, and conflict resolution is a plus.
