Job Title: Office Administrator with Leasing Responsibilities

Job Summary:

Corporate Accountant, Property Manager, Senior Property Manager & Regional Manager


Work Environment:
This full-time, on-site position offers variety and flexibility, with regular travel between properties and the corporate office. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities:


Administrative Duties:
  • Receive, scan, and organize utility and other bills.
  • Upload bills to the accounts payable system and accurately code payables.
  • Manage autopay accounts and mark payments as completed in the system.
  • Schedule and process utility bill payments, ensuring accuracy in records
  • Prepare reports to support financial tracking and corporate decision-making.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office workflows.


Leasing Duties:
  • Assist in leasing activities, including responding to guest cards, conducting property tours, and preparing lease documents.
  • Process rental applications, perform background checks, and coordinate the lease approval process.
  • Manage lease renewals, ensuring timely communication with residents and accurate documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly.
  • Assist with move-in and move-out inspections to ensure apartments meet company standards.
  • Support marketing efforts through online listings, social media, and community outreach.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience with administrative roles. Leasing background is a plus.
  • Basic accounting and data entry skills are required.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and other relevant regulations.
  • Reliable transportation for commuting between office locations.
