We are looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to enhance our visual identity in the luxury real estate market. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating engaging marketing materials that showcase our brand's luxury appeal.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop visually appealing content for digital and print platforms
- Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including property brochures, email blasts, paid SEM and social ads, listing presentation updates, print advertisements, organic social media graphics, team magazine, and luxury market report
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in graphic design (luxury brand or real estate experience strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and project management platforms
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience in motion graphics or video editing (a plus but not required)
- Basic HTML coding skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
