The Khrista Jarvis Team, Coldwell Banker is seeking a skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing marketing materials that effectively represent our luxury brand in the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create high-quality marketing materials, including property brochures, email blasts, paid SEM and social ads, listing presentation updates, print advertisements, organic social media graphics, team magazine, and luxury market report
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Contribute to the development of branded materials such as brochures, property presentations, direct mail, and video content
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in graphic design (luxury brand or real estate experience strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and project management platforms
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience in motion graphics or video editing (a plus but not required)
- Basic HTML coding skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
