The Khrista Jarvis Team, Coldwell Banker is seeking a creative Senior Graphic Designer to help us establish a strong visual identity in the luxury real estate market. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality marketing materials that effectively represent our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create high-quality marketing materials, including property brochures, email blasts, paid SEM and social ads, listing presentation updates, print advertisements, organic social media graphics, team magazine, and luxury market report
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales agents, and franchise marketing group
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in graphic design (luxury brand or real estate experience strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and project management platforms
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience in motion graphics or video editing (a plus but not required)
- Basic HTML coding skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
