Major Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for university students to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions within a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and screening incoming applications.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials and facilitating new hire sessions.
Employee Relations:
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Assist in processing payroll information and ensuring timely updates of employee data.
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.
Training and Development:
- Support the coordination of training sessions and workshops.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
Competencies:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS is advantageous.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Education:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
