Job Overview :
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Development & Quality Control Chemist to support the development of new chemical formulations and ensure the highest quality standards are met for our products. The role will involve both the development of innovative chemical solutions, with a focus on cleaning products, surfactants, and emulsions, and performing rigorous quality control testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. This position will require a strong understanding of chemical formulations, testing methods, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
Product Development Responsibilities :
- Develop, formulate, and optimize new chemical products, including cleaning products, surfactants, emulsions, automotive detailing solutions, and other specialty chemicals.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including production, marketing, and regulatory affairs, to ensure new products meet customer specifications, performance requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct laboratory-based experiments to scale up formulations and improve existing products.
- Perform stability testing and evaluate the chemical, physical, and mechanical properties of products.
- Investigate new raw materials, ingredients, and technologies to improve product performance and sustainability.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
