This is a second shift position. Hours are primarily 2p-12a with overtime and weekends required during peak production (summer months).
Successful completion of a drug screen will be required.

KI's Manufacturing Plant in Bonduel is looking for a second shift Team Leader for our High Pressure Laminate (HPL) Edging department.
This individual must be able to effectively
- Be able to direct and lead a team through motivation, team building, and conflict resolution
- Promote, understand and be able to calculate all goal-sharing measures - COQ, on-time shipments, quality, safety, etc.
- Successfully meet all cell based measures; involvement in continuous improvement efforts
- Have a thorough understanding on how to satisfy internal and external customers
- Be a able to direct all operations and staff cell to our standard labor requirements
- Responsible for working with cell specific tools -- this is a working team leader role
- Know how to read shop orders and open orders
- Ability to work on feet for a minimum of 10 hours per day, ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs and have good hand/eye coordination
- Must have above average attention to quality and detail work at a continuous pace
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Assist in Detail and Router/Blanking Team Leader responsibilities in their absence
- Willing to be forklift certified
