Summary
The main responsibility of this position is to support the development of additional sales channels for new and used vehicles as well as support the customer satisfaction initiatives for KUS. Successful execution of this role will yield increase sales volume in retail, fleet, and remarketing sales channels, while helping establish and identify future mobility opportunities for Kia.
This position will work with Fleet, CPO, Finance, Product Planning, Incentives, Remarketing, New Vehicle (retail), Distribution, Regional offices & district managers and Service in the coordination of programs and initiatives supporting multiple sales channels. Additionally, this position will focus on the execution of existing mobility programs collaborating with dealers and program partners. This role will also be expected to contribute to future mobility strategies, and identification of potential new areas of opportunity aimed at future growth.
This position will also support special projects undertaken by the Mobility & Remarketing department.
Major Responsibilities
1st Priority - 35%
Implement, manage, and grow existing mobility programs that directly impact new and used vehicle sales. Programs include KSRP, fleet, gig driver platforms, and KFA.
2nd Priority - 35%
Implement, manage, and grow new mobility programs that directly impact vehicle sales through several existing and future channels.
3rd Priority - 15%
Department lead on the execution of existing and new mobility programs. Manage reporting and analysis for new and existing mobility programs. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to dealers through the collaboration with regional field team members.
4th Priority - 15%
Collaborate with other team members and divisions to maximize the impact of programs and program support for KUS
Education / Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent job experience in related field required.
- Master’s degree a plus.

Pay Range
101,964 - $141,747.57
Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
