Summary
The Sr. Field Operations Manager will be the main sales department contact for the field. They will lead / coordinate communications to the field, help the Regions resolve issues that may come up by working with other internal KUS departments, and facilitate field / dealer adoption of various company initiatives.
This position will focus responsibilities on creating and developing, in collaboration with Kia University and other internal departments, on-going dealer sales personnel training as well as field training for KUS district managers and other KUS staff located in the regional offices. This position will manage and lead internal and external partners in coordinating sales training efforts to efficiently deliver a comprehensive training program.
This role will manage the Kia Performance Center (KPC) and the various dealer personnel incentive programs, along with the Digital Technology Team, including Sales Elite, Cash Bash, and the SC / SM Monthly incentive programs (excluding travel). This role will also manage the field incentive program including structuring the program, obtaining program approval, and tracking progress / calculating payments.
This position will also conduct needs analysis research covering key areas of dealer performance for field managers, supporting regional sales staff and retail / dealer employees.
The position is based in Irvine at KUS corporate headquarters and requires a medium amount of travel.

Responsible for creation, implementation, and facilitation of a sales training curriculum to improve overall knowledge and performance of KUS field managers and supporting regional staff, as well as support development of dealer sales personnel training curriculum and programs. In conjunction with other internal KUS departments, create and deliver a field sales training manual that covers all related aspects of KUS operations and dealership operations.
Responsible for the on-going maintenance and enhancement of the Kia Performance Center website and related retail employee incentives to drive retail sales, customer satisfaction / improved customer experience and retail employee retention. Responsible for executing the field incentive program to drive regional focus.
Act as the main liaison with regional offices and internal KUS departments in the support and execution of various national assignments.
Oversee the development and implementation, and on-going maintenance, of the KDART dealer contact report system and other KDealer programs / systems.
Manage budgets, meetings, miscellaneous programs, projects, and assignments as determined and requested by executive management
Education / Certification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- Master’s degree preferred

101,964.00 - $141,747.57
