Summary
Ensure the dealer service department management provides competent, quality service that will enhance customer perception of product, the dealer and ownership experience and maximize their repeat purchase intent. Assist dealer in marketing Kia products and parts / accessory sales. Act as a business consultant in developing profitability and value of franchise.
Major Responsibilities
- Manages and directs all District Service activities in accordance with KUS corporate and regional policies and procedures.
- Manages and directs all District Parts activities in accordance with KUS corporate and regional policies and procedures.
- Manages and directs all District Warranty activities in accordance with KUS corporate and regional policies and procedures.
- Manages and directs all District Service Training activities in accordance with KUS corporate and regional policies and procedures.
- Manages and directs all District Quality and Consumer Affairs activities in accordance with KUS corporate and regional policies and procedures.

Pay Range : $101,964.00-$128,881.84
Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
