What You’ll Do:
As a Service Advisor, you’re the bridge between our customers and our technicians. You’ll be the friendly face that guides customers through their service experience—explaining repairs, recommending maintenance, and ensuring they leave feeling confident about their vehicle.
- Be the go-to expert for customers, helping them understand their vehicle’s needs in a clear, honest, and professional way
- Work with our technicians to ensure timely and accurate service recommendations
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process, building trust and long-term relationships
- Suggest additional services when necessary—because keeping our customers safe on the road is priority #1
- Stay organized by managing repair orders, scheduling appointments, and handling warranty/insurance paperwork
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in automotive service, customer service, or sales (dealership experience is a big plus!)
- Strong communication skills—you’ll be talking with customers all day, so a friendly and confident approach is key
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy environment
- A knack for problem-solving—when customers have concerns, you find solutions
- Basic knowledge of automotive repairs and maintenance (you don’t need to be a mechanic, but understanding the basics is helpful)
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
