Our team ensures customers and service technicians receive the correct parts for their vehicles. Job Duties include:
- Sell parts to customers over the counter, via the phone or via the shop
- Assist in keeping the parts department clean and orderly
- Assist with inventory to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction
- Provide service technicians with parts as required
- Communicate with customers on the status of anyparts ordered and notify them of arrival
- Answer phone in timely manner
- Maintain parts inventory
- Correctly stock parts into DMS system and shelf, updating as necessary
- Work with manufacturers and vendors to ensure proper inventory management
Qualifications:
- Ability to work well with the public, sometimes with several customers at a time
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass MVR, background check and pre-employment drug test.
- Previous parts or automotive industry experience preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
