Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing essential maintenance services on vehicles, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. Duties
- Perform oil changes and fluid checks on various types of vehicles.
- Conduct routine maintenance services, including tire rotations and inspections.
- Utilize automotive diagnostics to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's needs.
- Assist in sales of additional services and products offered by the dealership or service center.
- Collaborate with other service technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Lube Technician or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and mechanical systems is advantageous.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during service operations.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Experience in a dealership environment or tire service is a plus.
