As a Sales Professional you will be responsible for:
- Spending time with customers to determine their needs and suggest vehicle options.
- Provide thorough test drives to highlight vehicle features and technology.
- Become an auto sales expert and gain knowledge of industry trends and technology.
- Delivers vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and emails.
- Follow up with existing customers to ensure an exceptional experience and generate referral business.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
- Prior roles in sales including inside sales, outside sales, or retail sales
- Outgoing personality with the ability to develop strong and trusting relationships.
- Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Valid U.S. Driver's license.
- Must be available to work a full time flexible schedule which would include some evenings and Saturdays
- Must be willing to submit and successfully complete a background/MVR check and drug screen
