Service Manager at Kia of Port Charlotte

We are seeking an Automotive Service Manager who will be responsible for the day to day operations of our Service department at Kia of Port Charlotte. This management opportunity offers very competitive pay with our average starting pay range for this position $90k-$130k!*

• Be comfortable with and responsible for hiring, training, and motivating the technician, service advisor, parts, warranty and service support staff to meet and exceed business and customer expectations.

Requirements:

• Experienced fixed operations management (preferred)
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team to exceed business goals
• Ability to handle multiple departments in a fast-paced industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Reynolds a plus but not required
