We are seeking an Automotive Service Manager who will be responsible for the day to day operations of our Service department at Kia of Port Charlotte. - Be comfortable with and responsible for hiring, training, and motivating the technician, service advisor, parts, warranty and service support staff to meet and exceed business and customer expectations.

Requirements:
- Experienced fixed operations management (preferred)
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team to exceed business goals
- Ability to handle multiple departments in a fast-paced industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Reynolds a plus but not required
