What is this position about?
This is a vital role to our dealership, this individual will be the first point of contact for internet customers and will need to assist with converting these internet leads to successful car sales!
Our Internet Sales Consultant's purpose is to continuously positively impact our incoming internet traffic and provide exceptional customer service on a consistent basis through all facets (phone/email/video/text). It is important for our Internet Sales Consultant to be able to multi task, possess strong communications skills, able to follow our process and be computer savvy!

What makes you the perfect candidate?
- 2-3 years of experience in the car industry selling vehicles
- 1-2 years of successful internet sales (converting leads to appointments)
- Sales experience is a must for us!
- Solid understanding of converting internet leads to appointments and vehicle sales.
- We need teammates that understand the value of the online customer and how foot traffic is a concept of the past and online traffic is the now and future.
- Possess strong communications skills, not only in person but online with email and texting.
- Part of our process is sending videos to customers; 84% of the customers that receive a video end up purchasing the vehicle. We need teammates that won’t hesitate to send out videos to customers.
- Must be able to utilize a CRM and have no issues with communicating in it daily.
- Able to consistently follow up with customers and create recurring customers.
- Able to follow processes without sacrificing the integrity of the guest experience.
What do you do every day?
- Monitor the CRM.
- Monitor all incoming leads and answer them promptly following our process.
- Work on leads consistently to engage the customer and set an appointment.
- Review old, unsold leads, re-engage the customer to resurrect the lead for a possible sale.
- Review older sold leads, re-engage customers to see if they want to upgrade their vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service through the sales process.
- Work internet leads through the sales process/funnel.
- Consistently follow up with customers according to our process.
- Stay updated on system and manufacturer training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
