Kia of West Chester is looking for a customer-focused Business Development Representative to be a vital part of our team. In this role, you’ll be the initial point of contact for potential customers, helping to create positive, lasting relationships and driving our dealership’s success.
Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers and prospects across multiple platforms, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining communication with internet clients using prepared scripts.
- Recording all customer interactions in the Dealership Management System, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Coordinating with the sales team to monitor appointment results and plan future follow-ups.
- Maintaining customer databases and proactively reaching out to existing customers with relevant offers.
- Contributing to a positive customer experience and staying aligned with our continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Experience in a similar role is a plus, though one to three months of training can also set you up for success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using communication channels like phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- A passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering positive experiences.
- Knowledge of automotive products and services is a bonus!

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
