What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Maintenance Manager - Kia of Port Charlotte position at Kia Port Charlotte?
Perform daily building integrity checks. Ensure building and grounds interiors and exteriors are clean and safe.
Order supplies, handle paint and wallpaper repairs, fire extinguisher inspections, inspect doors and locks, exterior debris and trash clean up, clean up water spills, patch parking lot, pressure washing, touch-up paint on buildings, stairwells, etc., change light bulbs, stained ceiling tiles and other maintenance duties including plumbing repairs of faucets, toilets, in guest common areas.
Meet service vendors and contractors to get bids when needed, quotes for emergency repairs, coordinate any outside service or maintenance for larger repairs, follow up inspections after repairs are made
Individual maintains current inventory of all building tools, equipment and fixtures in a clean and orderly manner
Proactive in reporting all facility safety concerns or problems to the General Manager
Performs other related duties and assignments as required or directed by the General Manager
