Details and Responsibilities:
All HR Business partner activities are centered around coordinating monthly career networking events on the last friday of each month simutaneously around the nation.
Hr Business Partners are responsible for engaging HR management and department operations to adhere to organizational policies and procedures. Communicating between company Executives, prospecting new hires, and management, coordinating with management to ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.
Compensation
$2,000 -$3,500 a month/ contract/
Payroll date: the 1st of the month following each career networking event.

Human Resource Business Partner 2
Human Resources Business Partner 3
Human Resources Business Partner 4
Human Resource Business Partner 1 Responsibilities:
- Conduct online or in-person interviews daily to fulfil personnel needs for projects
- Coordinate with HR Business Partner Assistants to assist with scheduling interviews.
- Track onboarding processes with candidates moving forward and not moving forward.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Attend required meetings, trainings and adhere to deadlines.
Human Resource Business Partner 2 Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Responsible for setting up 10 employer meetings per week for HR Business Partners 4 to solidify partnership.
Human Resource Business Partner 3 Responsibilities:
- Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback to enhance performance and development.
- Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Administer benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to their benefits.
- Maintain accurate data collection and reporting on HR metrics to inform decision-making.
- Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
Human Resource Business Partner 4 Responsibilities:
- Share calendar availability to HR Business Partner 3’s in efforts to conduct (10) presentations per week.
- Acquire proficient knowledge in Kia Technologies B2S Social Network business model
- Possess Strong presentation skills to present to employers
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Must be willing
Requirements
- Have a working computer, internet access, and smart phone
- SHRM certified or equivalent
- Must be knowledgeable in Federal Labor Standards Act
- Must be knowledgeable in Diversity Equity and Inclusion
- Effective communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Organization skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Engage and participate in daily/weekly team meetings

In-person visitations may be required for attending Career Networking Events hosted by Kia Technologies Inc, employer presentations, or company galas.
