The Assistant Help Desk Manager will provide essential technical support to internal customers, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and services. This role will involve troubleshooting and resolving issues related to desktop computers, phones, and remote access, while maintaining a strong focus on PCI compliance and security best practices.
Responsibilities
- Respond to all Help Desk request.
- Prioritization of daily IT duties
- Searching for solutions to improve the efficiency and the performance of the Help Desk
- Participate to the on-call rotation schedule – once every 4 weeks
- Searching for solutions to improve the efficiency and the performance of the Help Desk
- Maintain Help Desk documentation.
- Work with 3rd party support to resolve application problems.
- Provide 5 star level service to our internal customers. Must have service orient personality.
- Follow and support Resort Vision, Mission Statement and Core Values.
- 2 years IT Support
- Experience with network hardware (routers, switches, wireless access points, etc.) and design of wired/wireless networks
- PBX Knowledge
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Cable Management
- Experience with any or all of the following is preferred: Visual One PMS, Oracle Simphony P.O.S., Cisco/Meraki switches/routers and firewalls, Mitel PBX, Voicemail systems, Call accounting systems, Microsoft Exchange, Delphi, Ideas RMS, Accounting Software.
- Primarily sitting for 35 hours per week.
- Light bending and lifting less than 45lbs.
