Position : Maintenance Tech
Department : Resort Villa Facilities Maintenance
Salary / Hourly : Hourly / Full-time $20- $23 based on previous experience & skills
Summary of Position :
This position assists our internal departments' staff with all service calls, as well as manages the overall upkeep of our commercial facilities. Routinely inspects all properties to identify any potential opportunities and current needs. And performs preventive maintenance as scheduled, including but not limited to, replacing bulbs and air filters.
Qualifications :
- Must have flexible availability, as schedule may vary between daytime and evening shifts, including holidays and weekends.
- Minimum 18 years of age due to type of equipment used and general work environment.
- Minimum of Two or more years of maintenance experience highly preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with clean driving record.
