Position : Facilities Painter
Department : Maintenance
Salary / Hourly : $26 / Starting -Hourly - Full-time
Summary of Position :
The Facilities Maintenance Painter has the following primary duties :
- Assist our internal departments' staff with all service calls, as well as manage the overall upkeep of our commercial facilities
- Complete all assigned work orders received from the Maintenance Supervisor(s), or Facilities Manager, efficiently and to Resort standards.
- Routinely inspect all properties to identify any potential opportunities and address current needs.
- Must work both independently and in a team environment.
- Must have an eye for detail in the trade.
- Must possess good organizational and communication skills
- Specific painting trade experience required.
